DAT laboratory
The Data, Artificial Intelligence & Transformation (DAT) laboratory supports the NICC in organising its data, developing analytical tools and improving working practices.
Organise data and knowledge
Document, preserve and connect the institute’s resources; clarify responsibilities and management rules. The aim is to improve data quality and reuse, preserve expertise and facilitate its transfer, while respecting security and confidentiality.
Develop analytical tools
Use statistics, knowledge graphs and AI to analyse heterogeneous sources and explore documents. These uses rely on the quality of results, traceable processing and human oversight.
Improve working practices
Work with teams to simplify information flows, reduce duplicate data entry and develop tools suited to their needs. This support includes experimentation, training and project organisation according to priorities and available resources.
