KG4J: recruitment in data science and AI
The NICC announced a position for a researcher in data science and artificial intelligence (m/f/x) for KG4J.
Conditions
- Location: Brussels.
- Contract: one year, extendable to four years.
- Working hours: full-time, 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Develop a knowledge graph infrastructure, analyse criminological and forensic data, and extract information from documents using AI methods. The position includes contributions to data and AI governance.
Candidate profile
Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, cybersecurity, AI, psychology, linguistics, civil or industrial engineering, or physics. Proficiency in French and English, skills in computing and graph theory, and interest in a jointly supervised doctorate in computer science at UMONS–KU Leuven.
The position forms part of an international project combining criminology, forensic science and data science.
